What a grown-up does

The scissors, if yours aren't the safety kind.

How to make it

7 steps. Tap one when it's done.

Why that works

Tissue paper is thin enough that light passes straight through it, and each colour only lets its own colour through. Overlap blue and white and you get pale blue, the same way stained glass works.

Lambton County twist

Mix pale blue, deep blue, and white tissue to copy moving lake water.
